Alpha Build

Install the system once.
Own the stack when we’re done.

Alpha Build is a fixed-scope project: CRM, automations, site, and operating playbooks installed so your team (or specialist) can run the business without you as the default hub.

Project, not retainer: We scope, build, hand over, and warranty the work we delivered. You own the accounts and the stack. Ongoing operational ownership is Alpha Partner — not Build.

What’s included

What Build does — and does not do

Clear project boundaries. No surprise “unlimited changes” and no permanent dependency on AVS to run your tools.

What we do

Within a scoped Build project, AVS:

  • Maps current state and defines a fixed deliverable list
  • Builds or configures the agreed systems (CRM, automations, site, SOPs)
  • Documents how the system runs for your team or specialist
  • Hands over account ownership and access
  • Warrants the work we built (technical / scope warranty — not ongoing management)

What we don’t do

Build is not:

  • A monthly ops retainer (that’s Alpha Partner)
  • Hiring a person for you (that’s Alpha Connect)
  • Unlimited post-launch redesign without a change order
  • Owning your tools forever — accounts transfer to you
  • A substitute for defining what “done” means at kickoff

Areas Build can touch

Scope is fixed at proposal. This is the default map of what projects usually include.

AreaTypically included?What that looks like
CRM setup & hygiene structure Yes — common Pipelines, stages, fields, basic automation for intake and follow-up
Workflow automations Yes — common Form → sheet/CRM → alert/task; failure paths documented where scoped
Website / landing pages Package-dependent Marketing or conversion pages as defined in the proposal
SOP / playbook documentation Yes — common Written standards so a specialist or team can execute without tribal knowledge
Training handoff Yes — core Walkthrough so you (or your hire) can run what we built
Ongoing weekly ops rhythm No That’s Alpha Partner after the system exists
Talent sourcing Not in Build Pair with Alpha Connect when the seat is the missing piece

Packages

Three clear Build levels

Exact scope is confirmed in a written proposal. The three packages below match our standard Build tiers — change requests after sign-off are priced separately.

Launch

For a business starting from zero — site, CRM, and one lead funnel

$1,997
Fixed scope · one-time project
  • Professional 5–8 page website
  • CRM setup
  • One lead capture funnel
  • Discovery + written scope
  • Handoff and account ownership transfer
  • Warranty on delivered scope
Full Build

Everything in Scale plus finance workflows and live reporting

$6,997
Fixed scope · one-time project
  • Everything in Scale
  • Bookkeeping / invoicing setup
  • Live reporting dashboard
  • E-signature workflow
  • Payment processing setup
  • Full ownership transfer of all accounts
Packages are the efficient path. Final quote follows discovery and a written scope. Change requests after sign-off are priced separately so both sides stay clear.

À la carte — just need one piece?

For businesses that only need a single component, not the full package. Same fixed-scope model: written deliverables, handoff, and ownership of what we build.

Add-on Price Best when
Website only $1,497 Professional 5–8 page site without CRM or funnel — Launch is the better deal if you need those too
CRM Setup only $697 Pipeline, stages, and fields — without site or automation package
Automation Package $1,197 Form → CRM/sheet → alerts and core workflow connections
AI Chatbot / Funnel Build $1,197 Lead capture + AI qualification path without a full Scale package
Reporting Dashboard $697 Live visibility into the metrics you already track
SOP / Playbook pack $597 3–5 core processes written so work is transferable — no tech stack required
E-signature workflow $397 Contracts and agreements without buying Full Build
Payment processing setup $497 Stripe/PayPal (or similar) wired into forms or invoices
Bookkeeping / invoicing setup $897 Tool setup, invoice templates, and a clean starting structure
Review / reputation system $397 Request automation for Google (and related) reviews — strong for local & field service
How à la carte works: Each line item is scoped and delivered on its own. Packages are priced to beat stacking components — e.g. Launch ($1,997) is less than Website only + CRM only. Scale and Full Build follow the same logic. Several components (reporting, e-signature, payments, bookkeeping) are already included inside Full Build.

Discuss an à la carte build

In your world

How Build relieves the bottleneck by business type

Hiring alone fails when the system is still in the founder’s head. Build makes the system transferable.

Home services & field ops

Typical bottleneck: Jobs, notes, and customer updates live in texts and memory. Every new person asks you how it “really” works.

What Build changes

Intake → schedule → completion paths, confirmation standards, and SOPs so a coordinator or VA can run the board without inventing process mid-day.

Professional services & agencies

Typical bottleneck: CRM is a graveyard; follow-up is inconsistent; client updates depend on who remembers.

What Build changes

Stages, ownership fields, and automations that force visibility. Playbooks for status updates and handoffs so delivery doesn’t re-enter the founder by default.

E-commerce & ops-heavy product

Typical bottleneck: Exceptions and support threads have no home; tools don’t talk to each other.

What Build changes

Connected workflows for common exceptions, clearer queues, and documentation so back-office work scales past one person’s inbox.

Growing SMB (roughly 2–15 people)

Typical bottleneck: “We have tools and people — still chaos.” Nothing is standardized enough to hand off.

What Build changes

A fixed operating layer: where work enters, how it moves, what “done” means. Pair with Connect when you need the person; Partner when you need ongoing rhythm after the system exists.

Fit check

Who Alpha Build is built for

Strong fit if…

  • The bottleneck is process and tools, not only “need a person”
  • You’re willing to define “done” in a written scope
  • You want to own the accounts after handoff
  • A one-time project budget fits better than a monthly ops retainer
  • You’ll run (or hire someone to run) what we install

Not the right fit if…

  • You mainly need one great hire (start with Alpha Connect)
  • You need weekly operational ownership forever (that’s Partner)
  • You want unlimited redesign without scope or change orders
  • You’re not ready to decide tools or success criteria
  • You expect AVS to stay as permanent admin inside your stack

Clarity

How Build differs from Connect and Partner

Alpha Connect

Find the right person

One-time sourcing and introduction. You own day-to-day management and pay the specialist directly.

Alpha Build

Install the system once

Fixed-scope project. You own the stack when we’re done. Technical warranty on what we built — not ongoing management.

Alpha Partner

Ongoing operational ownership

Monthly retainer. We run the operating rhythm and scoped execution after (or alongside) the system existing.

Ready to scope the system?

Tell us where work gets stuck today. If Build is the right model, we’ll propose a fixed scope, timeline, and investment — before anything is built.
