What happens after you apply

Application review (5–7 business days)

The AVS team reviews every application personally. We assess the community's context, size, readiness, and how we can best serve them with our current capacity.

Introduction call

If your application is shortlisted, we schedule a 30-minute call — WhatsApp, Zoom, or phone — to understand your community better and discuss the partnership structure.

Partnership plan

We co-design a program plan with you: curriculum adaptation, facilitator training, schedule, materials format, and expected outcomes. This becomes your community's program blueprint.

Facilitator onboarding

Your community champion goes through a facilitator training session with AVS — learning how to deliver the curriculum, manage the learner group, and track progress.

Program launch and ongoing support

Your community starts training. AVS provides ongoing support to the facilitator, access to all curriculum materials, and certificates for every graduate. Employment linkage for qualified graduates is coordinated directly with the AVS talent network.
